Sveikas Lithuanian Farmhouse Ale
Brewed: 8/9/2020 Kegged: 8/12/2020
There is a local brewery close to SheppyBrew's Home Brewery called "Great Frontier Brewing Company". They make a beer called "Lithuanian Farmhouse Ale".
It is my favorite beer that this brewery makes.

One day on facebook, I saw a post from the brewery:
I engaged the brewer, asking about the yeast ... and he responded ...
I thought this was an awesome idea. I met him at the brewery and got a quart of yeast from that batch of beer.
Which meant I had to brew something with it. Fun!
The Great Frontier beer reminded me of the color of my Falling Leaves Harvest Saison, and I decided to make my first beer with this yeast with basically the malt bill of that beer.
Pilsner. Dark Munich. Rye Malt.
See how it turns out and adjust from there.
