Lithuanian Lovin' Wheat
Brewed: 5/1/2021 Kegged: 5/8/2021

I thought a nice light refreshing beer would be great for the middle to late spring when I would be drinking this beer, and I thought the concept of the Lithuanian Lovin' Summer Lovin' Wheat would be nice.
So, I scaled down the recipe to be a single batch. And brewed it.
I traveled to my friend Du's house to brew this beer for Big Brew Day.
The brew day was awesome. You can read about it on Big Brew Day ... Lithuanian Lovin' Wheat.
The beer was also a big hit. It has a nice orange flavor from the coriander and the orange peal. The Lithuanian yeast helps accentuate with a lemony citrus peal flavor of its own.
Nice and easy drinking. A great warm weather beer.
